Non EEA FM with a retained right of PR

I applied for PR ...EEA4 in 8 June 2015
Ask to retake Bio 4 days later
COA received 02/07/2015


I have once be a member in 2010 during the struggle for EEA2, that was later issued after some setbacks because my application was intercepted by my ex that felt I have to be subject to her and her family. Anyway, it was issues after months in waiting been the main applicant brother to the EEA National.

But when my EEA2 was issues I was issued a letter stating that I have a right of permanent residence and the letter states all the
right. With my current application I attached the letter and other supporting documents as required and that was what got me to the stage I am now. And another twist in my application was that I submitted another application via the [FLR FP] on the ten years route on the basis that my children are settled in this country but I made sure the HO office was aware am making both application for EEA and FLR FP. I got response for both but it seems they have decided to take the EEA PR further.
- My question is:-
Should I stick with the [EEA PR or Quest for the FLR FP]
The reason why am asking is because it seems my ex- wife has applied with her new partner with my children with the [FLR FP]
which I really want to contest.

I need some good advice about what is going on.
