i am having more than 3.5 years of experience in Software industry in india.i heard about working holiday visa to work in UK.i cant apply for HSMP.so can i try for Working holiday visa.
what is the procedure to apply?and once the visa period over can extent?
please clarify me.

WHM is two year visa, but you can only work for 12 months of that.

You cannot extend it but you can switch to a visit visa I think.

Also, rejection rates for working holiday visas are, unfortunately, extremely high for India. Expect to prove that you have ties to India and that you intend to return back to India after your visa expires.

It cannot be extended, however you can switch to a work permit or a HSMP visa. You will normally be required to return to India, however, if you want to switch and obtain a new entry clearance.
