Re-entry on multiple Family visitor visa

Hi,

My 24 year old stepson from India has a multiple entry visitor visa which will expire in 28 July. He came here in end of March and left first week of June. He is in India at the moment sorting his job opportunities. It so happen that he is awaiting results of his many interviews which will be out only at the end of July. So he wishes to come back to UK and spend bit more time with his 5 year old brother and celebtrate my birthday in July, then return back to India before the 28 July.

Would he have problem with immigration at the airport? since he's out of UK only for two weeks and coming back here to stay for another 3 weeks and return back to india.

High likely he will face a problem re-entering so soon after his previous visit.
