about dependent workpermit visa

I am in workpermit in this country and working in a fortune company. I am getting marry soon. I dont know how to apply for a dependent visa and what documents and application wanted.
Is indian consulate need my original documents or attested documents.If any one knows about all this.Can u please give me a details that would be a great, Thanking u bye

Dependent visa to be applied from british embassy in India.

While applying for the spouse visa, your spouse will have to submit following alongwith his original passport:
1. Copy of your passport containing visa stamp & work permit
2. Original banks statement for last three months
3. Original pay slip for last three months
4. Marriage photographs
5. Marriage certificate
6. Proof of accomodation in th uk
