But they r nt confirming me That ma review is unsuccessful i called tribunal and they said we have no decision its automatically listed.

If your the uk spouse then u can visit any time but actually getting a visit visa u have like 10% chance as its very very unlikely and to go on a study visa u do realise u actually have to study etc but again once they realise u have a spouse here and on appeal they will put 2 and 2 togetherzeksy1 wrote:Can i visit my husband or go by student visa while my appeal is ongoing..?
