I am currently on a work permit for 5 years. I have working in a take away as a chef for 2 years and have another 3 years left on my work permit before i can apply for ilr. I've read that many things about ilr, i don't understand the reasons that the reasons that it can be refused. it can be refused because of not passsing the life in uk test or spending time out of uk, but any other reason, because i don't really understand the other reason it can be refuse. i am from pakistan.

also i went to pakistan last month to get married. i live with my sister, and i am earning 900 pounds a month ( i live in scotland), how can i call over my wife? i read lots of things but i can't really find what are the requirements for me? do i have to have savings? do i have to have a place to live like a lease? do i have to be earning more money? do i call her as my dependant, what if i can't support her financially? does that have effect.

thankyiou very much for help.
