ILR and Tier 1,2,3,4 points system

Post by ramesh2008r » Tue Jan 15, 2008 6:44 pm

I have assumed that the new Tier 1, 2, 3, 4 points system being introduced for high skilled, skilled etc for migrants to live/work in the UK does NOT affect those people who already have ILR (indefinite leave to remain in the UK).

Is my assumption correct?

HO has a tendency to apply changes across the board....they may apply to all, you never know.

I thought the visa changes are only visa categories such as HSMP, wp etc...but I believe the ILR criteria would remain the same?
