Regd Hepatitis B Test for H1 b Visa

Hi,

One of my friend wants to go on H1 b visa to US. But he found he is hepatitis B positive. He is married and his spouse and kid are hepatits B negative. Will there be any problem in getting visa? What all the medical tests done for this H1b visa?
