Can a widow apply for naturalisation on the 3yr rule ?

Post by Preshika » Thu Jan 17, 2008 4:28 pm

My husband, a British citizen passed away in December last year. We were married for 7 years. I have indefinite leave to remain since we moved here which was in November 2004. Can I apply for naturalisation on the 3yr rule ?
