Switching WHM to HSMP

Hello All,

To switch WHM visa holder to HSMP visa the WHM visa person must stay in UK for 12 months or less than 12 months is also allowed.

See also 135DD. There doesn't appear to be a 12 month minimum requirement before switching from WHM to HSMP.
