My wife's spouse visa expires tomorrow. I was planning to post it today but have just realized that I have a couple of bank statements missing!
I wanted to know if I could apply by post tomorrow? Will that be okay?

Safest to get it despatched today then no dispute on date of submission.

Just called the Visa Inquiry service on 0300 123 2241. They confirmed that the application can be made on the day of expiry. Just have to keep the record safely.

Will be applying tomorrow. Thanks
