Payment on Debit Card

I sent HSMP application on 17/01/2007 from India through DHL.It reached 21/01/2007 12.30 PM.I given my debit card details.Till now application fee was not debited from my account.Generally how much time it will take for processing application fee.

Some debit cards have a limit of INR 25K per day. So it is possible that the application can be returned as payment will not go through. Please check the limit on your debit card.

Just now I checked with my Bank regarding transaction limit. Single day up to 1, 00,000 INR amount it will be allowed.
