Tier 2 refused - Reapplication

Hi

My Tier 2 visa (General - extension ) was refused on 22/09/2016. My last visa expired on 05/08/2016. I applied before the expiry of my visa. I don't want to go for administrative review as it will most likely to be unsuccessful.

The application was refused due to inappropriate salary, I have renegotiated my contract with the employer and they are willing to give me a new COS. I'm confused about this process as the refusal letter didn't explain any reapplication methods, Can you kindly help me out with following questions,

1.) What should be the new CoS start date ?
2.) Am I under in-time visa application ?
3.) Am I currently under 3C Leave
2.) Can I reapply with standard service or should I use priority service?
3.) What should I do if were asked to provide BRP and passport ?



Note: UKBA has confiscated my passport and BRP.

This forum gave me some hope when I heard the worst , your help is greatly appreciated.

you need a new cos.
you need to apply within 28 days within uk.
not covered by 3c, and can not work till u get new visa.
can use whatever service u want.
on form say passport with ukvi.


if u leave uk, u can not apply again for 1 year. (Cooling off time)

Hi!

After refusal, I am submitting a new fresh application with the new COS !

In the application there is a question about my current visa status and their start and end date. As my visa already expired so what shall i write on this section.

Shall i write NO, i don't have current visa!

Or

If i say YES then what end date shall i put in.

Please help. I am really confused.

hi! i got the refusal letter on 22 as well exactly for the same reason! I understand how disappointing and stressful the time is .

Thanks for your reply, I was given 14 days to apply for admin review or leave the country, was that supposed to be 28 days ?

My employer unfortunately used up the only CoS they had on me, now they are trying to get new CoS using the emergency channel, how long would it take for them to get a new CoS ? My 14 days expires on 07/10/2016

If apply for the admin would it extend my leave ?

Can you please help me by saying what date i shall put on the visa expiry date? Is that the date the made the refusal decisoon or 14 days compleition date?

Thanks again for your reply, Just wanted to clarify something, after 14 days I would be an overstayer, wouldn't I ? How would that affect my application ? And can I use the Online application method to apply ?
