I have read a few times on the forums about people asking questions regarding the inpact of receiving benefits (whilst under immigration control,) on ILR application. Questions have been asked and suggestions have been made advising the concerned individuals to make some form of repayment plan to the HMRC how helpful is this?. Would it give more weight to the application and if so , in what way?. Please help.
