Need advice on what type of visa required-G/F is US Citizen

Hi everybody,

Just need some advice if anyone can help please.
I am a British citizen living in London and my girlfriend is a US citizen.

We are going to get married shortly and we want to move to her home town in California.

Right now im just trying to familiarise myself with the whole procedure. What kind of visa do we need to apply for? Can we move there straight away once we are married?

Any information would be gratefully recieved.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to just move there. Try checking out www.diveintoamerica.com. There is a ton of info regarding this, and a lot of the posters are specifically US/UK couples.
