Can't cancel premium service appointment

Hi guys,

I made a premium appointment on next Wednesday(12 Oct) and changed to this Friday(7 Oct), and yesterday I changed the date to 20th of Oct.

However, I want to cancel my appointment due to personal reasons.

The last time I changed my appointment is in the evening of 5 Oct. Now it's after 24 hours. I used the link from my email to log in my application page. However, I only found an option to change my appointment.

I don't know how to cancel it. Or I need to wait for at least 48 hours? Please help.
