Hi All,
I am applying for HSMP by early next month. For the earnings I am going to show the proof of signed and sealed payslip, employer letter and Bank statements. But I will be showing only 8 months. I have variable pay(gross pay) in my payslip, that means
1st month 2500
2nd month 1150
3rd month 3400
4th month 1200
5th month 6900
....
...

But all my evidences are perfect. Is this is an issue? Is there any drawback in this. I agree that there is nothing mentioned about the variable pay in guideline or neither case worker manual. But I am bit worried and heard from one of my friend that when he take such pay for extension he got only one year instead of 2 year extension.

Did any one come across such issues? Please answer me

All advices are also welcome.

It is absolutely perfect, as long as you have all evudences. This is typical for people who are working as a contractor, so your case is not new.

May thanks pantaiema. Like I want to hear from ppl that this is not an issue.
And also I have one more question, if I just show 8 months for my earnings then will I get the 5 points for UK experience. I spoke to HSMP help line and they said as long as score whatever the points I have claimed then I will get that 5 marks.
But the lady whom I spoke was not sounds very confident. Any idea about this.
