If you would have got Nadra Divorce/Talaq Certificate its perfectly acceptable for a spouse visa.

The thing is that, its not that simple if one have a Nadra Divorce certificate or not. And it depends upon number of things.
1. which country you are domicile of. (Very important question) if you were domiciled of Pakistan were the 2nd marriage is legal UK immigration can accept it But they can only allow one wife entry as a spouse Plus if you divorce your first wife you need to have a decree absolute because UK only accept absolute decree as the only form of complete termination of the marriage.

2. 2nd marriage certificate date should be after the date of the absolute decree date, which causes problem most of the time. and thats where the only viable option comes in which "Fiance Visa".

I can not believe every time i find something new.
Now, My wife (Fiancee) She did her ILETS in Jan 2015 and got 4.5 bands( 4 in listening speaking and writing). Now is that result still valid? for the application to submit or we have to do it again? I am plaining to submit the application hopefully before the 5th November. (i thought the result is valid for 2 years).
Please advice.

VFS Global started a Priority visa service for Settlement applications and are charging £360.00 But when i go to the website and choose Settlement and in visa sub category Marriage.But its not giving any option to to choose this service.

Anyone knows about it?

Hi there,
Just wanted to share my Journey so far, As per the guidance from this forum, i Applied Fiance visa for my wife, and got the 6 months visa in Feb 2016.
She came to UK in Feb 2016 end and then we did a marriage in our local council in April.
Then in August before the expiry of her fiance visa i applied for Spouse visa and got the Spouse Visa for 30 months in Oct 2016.

Thanks for the advice. and I am sure if someone in a similar position as of me applies the same process will get results.
