Mode 2 : I am asking for UK based salaray and they are ready to give 25k and location is Birmingham...

so my question is can be in Mode 1( per day allowance) and then change after 6 months or 1 year to Mode 2 (UK Salaray)so that my HSMP visa can be extended without any problem... bcos to extend my HSMP i need an UK salary, correct me if i am wrong... also i wud like to knew the time frame that they consider for Earnings 12 months or 15 months?...

Any 12 concesutive months out of last 15 months salary can be used to extend HSMP..
But i dont think 25K is a good enough salary to sustain..But depends on your field and Experience..U r in which field and how much is your experience??

Well, its upto you really..It is better to be in a job while you look for a better/more paying job...U can switch the job once u get a better job if your area is hot like SAP
