UK - Wrong name of Employer on Visa residence

Hi,
I got wrong name of the Employer on my Visa residence card. My company said that CoS :lol: , they gave to me was correct. According to Phone contact to Visa office, I got to send my Visa card to Home office in Liverpool and explain, what is the problem.
Does anybody know how long will take until I get the answer? Is there any Phone no in Liverpool office, which I can contact?
