Does IGS or PSW permits working through LTD Co?

Hi guys,

I wish to find out if it is possible for some one on IGS or the forthcoming Post Study Work visa to register a limited company and do IT contracting through same.

Pardon me if this is obvious, but i've gone through the IGS and PSW specifications but was unable to pinpoint exactly if one would be able to take up self employment or just only permanent employment. I am aware employment is not restricted to any field but still unclear as to if this allows self employment.
