FLR(M) English requirement questions

Dear Sir/Madam,

Firstly I was granted two and half years FLR(M) spouse visa in 2014 within UK from PBG dependent. That time and my previous applications, Home Office accepted by degree qualification (Bachelors of Engineering awarded in 2009 from India with the degree taught in the medium of instruction
in English) to meet the application requirement of my english proficieny.
I will be applying for the FLR(M) spouse visa extension in few weeks time. Could you please confirm whether the same Degree certiface and consolidated Marklist will be sufficient for FLR(M) spouse visa
extension or do I need both NARIC English language Assessment letter and Statement of Comparability as well(or just the NARIC english language assessment letter is enough)?
Inorder to apply for NARIC i don't have Medium of Instruction (MoI) letter, I have the consolidated Marksheet(which states the medium of instruction in english) and Degree Certificate. I have also seen the below link with home office response for your reference.Appreciate your clarification on this.
