Queries about HSMP docs..pls help.. urgent

Hi,

Iam working in Bangalore and currently preparing for HSMP application. I have few queries :

1. Do I need to attach my marksheets even though Iam attaching my original certificate?
2. Do Bank Statements need to have bank seals on that? My statement has reached me by courier and doesn't have any.
3. Is the HR contact details necessary? If so, can you pls send me the format for that?
4. My age is above 30 years. Do I need to send any age evidence like driving license?
5. In the HSMP application, the fields where nothing is filled, shall I provide N/A or leave blank?
6. What are the chances of landing a job after HSMP approval from India?

Please help me in this. Iam planning to apply in the next 2-3 days.

--> For original bank statements which are on bank letter heads, No.
3. Is the HR contact details necessary? If so, can you pls send me the format for that?
--> Name, Designation, Phone, Fax, Email and same if there are multiple HR contacts.

4. My age is above 30 years. Do I need to send any age evidence like driving license?
--> Yes, if there are any points for this age group.
5. In the HSMP application, the fields where nothing is filled, shall I provide N/A or leave blank?

--> Leave blank or N/A, should not matter.
6. What are the chances of landing a job after HSMP approval from India?
--> jobserve.co.uk would indicate jobs in ur field.

Please help me in this. Iam planning to apply in the next 2-3 days.

So, HR contact details is mandatory? Does it need to be in Company letter head?

Just mention on Cover Letter, no need on company letter head. This is mandatory in case HO wants to verify any details.
