Visitor visa

Hi guys , please I want to get some info .
Me and my wife both r naturalised British and living in Northern Ireland uk. I want to invite my brother from India on visit visa . He is single and he is own buisness in India. He has been here once in 2013 on visit visa and stayed with us 28 days . His visa was rejected but he got visa in appeal that time . I just want to be more careful before apply ,my brother apply his visit visa this time . Coz there is no appeal option now .
Please tell me how my brother can apply visa . So he gets visa easily

If his circumstances had not changed since his successful appeal, then follow the steps and reasoning that made the appeal successful. Don't use false documents nor tick a wrong box, etc.

Please somebody tells me what should be the balance in my uk bank statements to send sponsorship to my brother or my wife is British too , could my wife send sponsorship letter with her bank statement with my name to my brother to India.

Its more about proving visitor will go home; sponsor money does not show that.

Yes my brother was here in 2013 and went back in 28-29 days. He just want to come to visit us again for few days .
