Where can I find the previous versions of t1e guidance

Where can I find the previous versions of t1e guidance

I specifically want to establish when the guidance was updated to need RTI FPS submission for employment proof (it was not the case in 2015 when I extended)

It has been a requirement for years. The most recent update made it super clear though
