hello..... I am from denmark and my husband is non eea family member.he upon entering uk also sent his work contract to the home office and we got 5 years eea permit in november 2005.i am not working ,will be studying and getting my degree from march 2008 to october 2008.other than that i havent worked or studied in these 2 years . am i exercising treaty rights as i,m at home with my child and we are self sufficient because of my non eu husband pay.i have been receiving child benefit(in my name) since may 2006 uptil now and just got to know that it might cause problems in getting permenant residence.i need to know if i should discontinue getting child benefit ,and will it affect our application?my husband is earning 31k,and we are not dependant on any other public fund.can my husband apply on eea4 upon completing 5 years in uk by himself or do i have to apply as well on eea3?please guide and advise ...anything that you think will help.thanks and regards.
