I-94 slip and green card

Post by darko » Thu Feb 07, 2008 4:47 pm

Hi,

I received green card last year and I am about to take a trip out of the country. However, I still have my previous H1B approval and I-94 slip valid till 2009. I assume it's validity is irrelevant now, however... What do I do with I-94 now? Do I turn it in to airline representative?

Thx

Hi:

If it makes you feel better, send the original I-94 to the following address:

ACS, Inc.
1084 South Laurel Road
London, Kentucky 40744
USA

Make a photocopy of the green card and staple it to the I-94.
hehe, wonder whose address that is
