how to make a offer job letter.

hi everyone.

my wife found a offer job for me in the same company which she's working now.but the problem is that the manager don't knows how to make this letter.and she asked my wife about this.please if someone can give any advice or example of this letter it's will be very helpful .
i must put this letter to support my application in my interview on 28 February.

If they can't write the letter I'd be asking if the company know how to make the WP application..

Have they advertised the job first?
