WP & Previous Bad Credit

Please advise regarding the grant of Visa and Work
permit to an Indian National who due to unavoidable
circumstances during his/her earlier visit has not
been able to maintain good credit.

The circumstances if taken into consideration
are e.g. being made redundant and recession in the
economy leading to no other employment.

I have a job offer now and company is willing to sponsor WP. What are the chances that the there is rejection by HO or Embassy due to bad credit history ?

The approval/denial of a WP application depends on the genuine need of the company to hire a worker outside of EU/british national and it subjected under key labour tests.

HO always consider an application - new and always review what's on hand and not delve on the past history besides there is no relationship b/w your bad debt history and your WP application. Perhaps when you're in the UK and try for a loan then it may come up as a bad mark on your credit rating.
