EC Status Messages

Hello, I applied EC on 27th dec from Islamabad Pakistan and still waiting :(

Whats the difference between these two messages? and what is Islamabad OC?

"Application Forwarded to Islamabad OC on 27 Dec 2007" (I am getting this message)

'Your visa application has been forwarded to the British High Commission 25 Jan 2008' (A friend of mine is getting this message)

Why my status message is different?
