HSMP unemployment -> ILR rejection?

Post by wembley » Mon Feb 11, 2008 9:32 pm

hi,

i notice in the application from HSMP -> ILR you have to provide your earnings. what if you were unemployed on HSMP at the time of your ILR application? will they reject ILR?

background info: i have 4 years on a WP, and will have 1 year on HSMP at the time of my ILR application. however, i haven't gotten a job during my HSMP stay yet. i'm doing my own research and working unpaid, on my own funds. but i don't want this to jeopardize my ILR application.

thanks :)

For how many months have you been unemployed now?
