Ready to Go status in the SMS system

Hi ,
The company has recently been given a Cos allocation , with which my Manager has filled out the details for the Cos . The status when viewing the CoS is shown as READY TO GO . I cant see a print option yet .
Does this mean the Cos allocated to me needs to be approved by UKVI before I can print it . (OR) Does it mean the Cos is already allocated and I can use it ? I cant remember at the moment if the small box had a new Cos number in it , will have to check again on Monday.
Please confirm
