does body check up necessary while travelling to UK?

Hi Guys,

i am vishwanath and recently has been granted the HSMP visa till 2010. My query is I came to know that i have to undergo medical checkup before travelling to UK and it is one of the requirement of the visa.

I have received the courier but no where it is mentioned that medical checkup is required. Can you please tell me on this.

Hi vishu,

No....The Medical check up is not required unless the HSMP applicant is working in Hotel industry or Health related industry......

Anyway the British High commision would have informed u if u really needed it !

Since they did not inform you.......
