Hello there,
I have employed three worker for 'one position'. All three are part time on zero hour contract and they are working 45 hours per well altogether. I am paying two of them minimum wages i.e £6.95 (19 years old), 7.20 per hour ( 32 years old) and 8.00 per hour 65 years old. Can all three makes one fill time position for home Office?

Part time work can be combined to make a full time position however hours beyond 30 per week are discarded

Hi there, I have another question. One of my worker has been working for 6 months. As per his contract with me, he is entitled for 28 days paid annual holidays. He wish to take 14 days of his annual holidays next moth. Which means he will only be working only 2 weeks (60 hors).

How will it go with Home Office?

Thanks Zimba88. So, on the payslip I will show him as 30 hours worked and paid. So, do I have to show the total number of hours worked and holidays saperately?

No, most payslips do not include any of these and it is not required by the law or the immigration rules. Hours worked or hourly rate do not need to appear on the payslip at all. Just the FPS showing how much each worker was paid including any taxes.
