General Grounds for refusal

Hi all,

What does 'General Grounds for refusal' means? Does section 7.22, 7.23, 7.24, 7.25 as explained in topic (http://www.gherson.com/node/679) mean that when u will aply for extension, your previous entry clearance application will again be re verified?
