Tier 2 G: Pay-rise with same employer

Hi guys,

I am on Tier 2 General (first application 2013, extension 2014), with the same employer and same job title, I have had twice pay-rise after 2014, my questions are:

1. Is it required to apply for extension again with new CoS after salary changes?
2. If yes - after my salary changes in past I did not inform home office, will it affect my current tier-2 extension that I will apply in April 2017?
