Bank Loan for wedding -any problem if sposoring fiancee visa

Post by Ramsay » Mon Feb 18, 2008 6:48 pm

Hi again.

I will be applying for my fiancee's visa hopefully within the next month once she has renewed her travel document in Nepal.

I was wandering if me taking out a bank loan to pay for the wedding, my flights to Nepal and hopefully her visa and flight here (and her sister's if I can get a marriage visit visa for her but first things first) would have a negative effect on the application? I would put the loan into a separate account and only use it for visa/ wedding stuff.

My wage to pay for the day to day things would show on my current account. My budget for the month after rent is taken off, all bills deducted, loan repayment paid and food for two is paid for would be about £450 to spend as we please.

Can anyone see any reason any of the above being a problem when applying as long as I provide paperwork and explain it sufficiently in the folder?

Secondly, I will be moving into the flat (12 month lease) as of 01/03/2008 and it is my first property. I may not have utility bills or money for their services debited from my account. The company that rented me the property will give me a letter though stating the average bills for similar properties they lease and confirm the tax band. Is this sufficient or is there a minimum timescale a sponsor has to be in a property for before applying?

Thank you for taking the time to read this and any advice is greatly appreciated.

Cheers

I think it will not affect on urs spousal application as long you can show that you can afford other person with you.

i m sure you will get Tanancy agrement for that property with the name mentioned on it.it is legal paper too.and other thing is try to get one form of id like bill or bank statment or any thing on yours name.
I pray for you for the best.
