new SETM Form for ILR from

Post by hienanh » Wed Feb 20, 2008 9:50 am

hi,
to my knowledge I am eligible to apply for ILR as from 22nd February 2008. If I decide to ring up and book an appointment on 22nd Feb does it mean that it's the old form (version 04/2007) that I need to use? Supposedly my appointment is after the 29th Feb does that affect which form I need to use?
Your suggestions would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Two questions

1) On basis are you applying for ILR?
2) When did you first enter the UK in other words, what date is stamped in your passport?

New and revised immigration application forms wrote:If you are making your application before 29 February, you must do so on the existing form, which is marked 'version 04/2007' or 'version 05/2007'. If you are applying on or after 29 February, you must use the new form which will be dated '02/2008'.

hi,
I am applying under the spouse category (will complete the 2 year leave to remain soon)
The first date of entry on my passport is 27th August 2002.
P.S: my question is - do they take into consideration the date I ring up to book an appointment or the actual date of my appointment (if that makes sense)?
Thanks

It's the date of your appointment.
