age assessment

Please help I am facing below problems regarding my age assessment section.

Birth Certificate: - issued recently I mean this month
Driving License: - though it is original but its written duplicate on it as I lost my first one few years ago.


please advice if it will create any problem.

Your Birth certificate should indicate your name and DOB. It doesn't matter when it was issued. I wouldn't recommend just to send duplicate driving license.
