Help on HSMP apply after 29th February

Help on HSMP apply after 29th February

Hi,
I am planning to apply for HSMP after 29th February. I have a question regarding the English Knowledge proves. I have a ceritcate from my college stating that the degree course was taught in English.
I understand that I need to also verify that it gets approved by NARIC..do I just need to call them to confirm or do I need a written prove as well from them on the same.
If I need to call them which numer can I call them?
I tried calling them on +44 (0)871 330 7033 from this site http://www.naric.org.uk/index.asp?page=30 but was never able to get through.
