Minimum earning under HSMP

I am in UK under HSMP with my husband (1st year)

I am in the process of applying for 3 yrs FLR(IED). My husband works full time as well as I do, but pls what is the minimum earning (salary) you must make to be able to prove a good earning potential

Secondly, must you do the same kind of job in your profession before you enter UK

there is NO minimum amount needed, as long as you are not having to claim benefit from the govt.
It does not matter which profession you are doing
