Required to leave Vs Visa rejection

Post by Kathir80 » Mon Jun 12, 2017 3:12 am

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have one OUTLAND UK visa rejection in 2005 from India & an INLAND 'Post Study Work' visa extension rejection in 2009 due to improper maintenance of fund. I went to the court against 2009 HomeOffice decision and couldn't get a favorable decision. I left the country within 28 days from the date I received the order through the post.

I very KINDLY request you to clarify my following doubts:

1. Do I come under "Required to leave" category?

2. Do I come under "elected to depart voluntarily" ?

3. Did I Overstay?

Thanks,

Kind regards,
Kathi

No to all.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
