Please help: ILR 10 years base 10 days gap

I have been in uk for 10 years with a combination of student visas and 1 yr work permit. However, there is a 10 days gaps between two of my student visa.
I am from a non-visa national which no leave to entre until recently. So I only got a stamp at the UK airport. I found one of the summer holiday, there was a 12 days gap.

Is that likely to be refused for ILR based on this 12 days gap?

You are likely to be refused if you did not have valid leave to remain during the 12 day period
