Tier 2 ICT extend upto 9 years

Hi,

If someone is on ict tier 2 long term and his visa is about to expire, he can extend upto 9 years if that meets the 120k salary condition.

I wanted to know in this case is it possible to find another sponser, as I doubt the same company will pay the same employee that much to retain.

Also not sure it that can be done as it is ict visa.

If at all it is possible can you find the employer with higher salary even if you have not close to visa expiry?

No. You will need to move to Tier 2 General and 12 months cool-off to apply if proposed salary is < £159,600

Also not sure it that can be done as it is ict visa.
You cannot switch your ICT visa from one sponsor to another ICT sponsor

You can apply for Tier 2 General from home country and:
No 12 month cool-off period applies
No RLMT required
