Hi all,

I want to apply through the new tier1 coming up in April in India. As per this, looks like we need to show 800GBP balance for the past 3 months in the personal bank account.
unlike HSMP where we could have shown someother source.

This requirement is also true of anyone renewing under Tier 1. The funds need to have been in the account for at least 3 months.

I hope it could be any savings account as well. Hope its not mandatory that it should be the account where the UK salary is deposited!

Nope it can be any of your accounts or Finacial institute.

I think even a PPF shld suffice.
