Hi all,

One of my friend is also want to apply for HSMP but his salary is Rs.10,000 only and he has done MSC plus got 7 years experience. Please let me know If he can apply as without the salary points he is getting more than 65 points in HSMP form.

I would appreciate a sincere and quick advise????

With all due respect to you and your friend the HSMP guidance leaflet states quite clearly that you only need 65 points to make an application and that this can be from any part of the scoring matrix - it is not necessary to score points in all areas. I fear for the application if you can't even get past this.
