Hello, My name is Timor. I am in UK as a student. I had a question that I am going to marry my finace who has been here from last 12 years. She holds Indefinate Leave To Remain but she still didnt apply for a British Passport which she will in a month or so. I had a question related to that, that if I marry her now will it going to help me in having a home student fee or we will have to wait before she gets her british passport? I am desprate for a reply. THANKYOU!
