What is the procedure for using this route for FLR (3 year extension), and where can i get the form. With this route is it still necessary to fill the urgent form?

What is this premium service all about?? Please provide me with some more info on it.

Regarding HSMP extensions, all I know is the FLR(IED) and the Urgent Treatment consideration.

They say with the new rule taking effect in April 2005, HSMP extension by post will cost £315 while premium service which is you going to home office and getting FLR same day physically will cost £500

i think the actual application application for extension will still be done by post in sheffield, but once your extension has been approved then you will be able to apply for FLR at Croydon paying the £500. this will obviously work well for people currently on work permit or study visas who wont be able to work until their FLR is processed
