update my address

HI,
can anyone tell me where and how to update my address with BIA regarding legacy case and what if they sent the questionnaire to my old address, last time I heard from my MP he told me that my case isn't solved and it will be but does that mean that they haven't sent me a questionnaire or may be they the person from BIA) isn't aware of that.
