eea 2 bank problem

hello i need urgent help i applied for eea 2 residence card and eea qp registration certificate with my wife together same day same envelop the day i send next day they receive and they took money from my wife account and that day i dont have money in my account next day i put money in my account now i have money my worries if they will send me back document because of bank issue or they will try again to take money from me ? some body told me as well that they take money usually after biomatric print not before from eea2 applicants i dont know what should i do wait or call to ask

Print a new payment page along with explanation letter and send it at the same address where you posted your application as soon as possible
